Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Notre Boussole.

Notre Boussole is a private shared workspace for couples. Some features use AI to generate guidance and rewrites. AI output is supportive, not professional advice, and is not a substitute for counseling, medical, financial or legal advice.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service, including sending relationship content to AI sub-processors where you have consented. You are responsible for content you share with your partner.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, abuse the AI endpoints, or use the platform to harm, harass or deceive others.

Certain features process special-category data only with your explicit consent. You can review or withdraw consent in Settings → Privacy.

You may delete your data or your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and, where required, re-consent will be requested.
